Um, i was wondering what you do do keep in shape, and lose weight? Like what excerises and basic meas you eat.
Because i wanna lose a few pounds in the next few weeks, and hopefully drop a stone or two before the summer. I'm not even fat/overweight, just wanna lost a bit. For a few reasons which seem pathetic to other people but that doesn't matter haha :)

um, well. First things first, do not, not not not turn to starving. Okay? Whoever you are, you’ve got to promise that. Calorie counting helps keep control of what you eat. If you use caloriecount.com then they’re a HUUUGE help. They’ll tell you how much you need to eat each day to lose a certain amount of weight within a goal time. Just always remember, 3500 calories is one lb and if you want to lose 2lb a week (which is healthy), then make sure you’ve burnt at least 7000 calories more than you’ve ate (-net) within the week. Exercises I reccomend are cycling (best thing in the world!), jogging (don’t forget to warm up first, otherwise you’ll have sore legs for days :P), and going the gym helps a lot. Try and do at least 20 minutes of pilates every day, and cardio 3 times a week. idk I guess I’m not the best person in the world to turn to, but I’m always here :)
